I am an expert in Real Estate Virtual Assistance particularly these specific tasks like Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, Transaction Coordination, Lead Generation, Email & Project Management, Calls & Data Entry and CRM Navigation and Utilization.

I have a broad knowledge about the Real Estate Basics. I know something about the 4 types of Real Estate which is Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Land. I also know the types of Real Estate Tasks like Residential Property Tasks & Commercial Land Tasks. 

For Residential Property Tasks, I have knowledge about the REO (Real Estate Owned) Main Tasks & REI (Real Estate Investing) Main Tasks like, Transaction Coordination, Multiple Listing Services, Broker Price Opinion, Lead Generation, Email & Project Management, Calls & Data Entry and Appointment Setting & Contracts.

I know how to manage my client’s email and projects, and ensure that all sellers, buyers, and investments are well taken care of and also being on top of my client’s calendar. 

For Appointment Setting & Contracts, I have a knowledge about coordinating with every investor-seller or investor-buyer appointments and drafting contracts too. 

For Calls & Data Entry, calling potential sellers to ask for more information about the property and their motivation to sell and also calling the potential buyers to find out what are the types of houses, neighborhood etc. they prefer buying and adding this information into a CRM is very easy to do and I enjoy doing too as I also love to talk to people over the phone. 
 
I also have knowledge and trainings about Virtual Assistant Basics, Real Estate Virtual Assistance (REVA), Social Media Management, Facebook Ads, Copywriting, Canva Utilization, Basic Adobe Photoshop, and WordPress & Marketing. 

It’s also my passion to do Social Media Management as I enjoy creating Graphic & Video Contents in Canva, Creating captions for Social Media posts and Content Scheduling. I know how to use Canva and I can design and create Eye-Catching Graphic Contents that promotes Consumer Engagement, Brand Awareness for your Target Audience, and Drive Sales. I also know how to use different Content Schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer or Later. I also have an experience creating a website from scratch using Elementor plugin in WordPress. 

As an online freelancer, I also have an experience as a Virtual Assistant and I have been tasked to do Audio Transcription, LinkedIn Lead Generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to contact specific category of potential clients who wants to invest in an Insurance Company in the USA and Non-voice Appointment Setting. 

I am also an experienced General Virtual Assistant and have been assigned these kinds of tasks like Video and Photo Editing, Creating Videos using Camtasia, Uploading Videos on Client’s YouTube Channel, Data Entry in Client’s WordPress Site, Image Replacing and Updating, Adobe Photoshop, PDF File Creation, Accessing Client’s Google Drive and YouTube Channel, Uploading Created Videos and PDF Files on Client’s Google Drive.

As an experienced Lien Collector, I was tasked to call the Claims Adjuster at the Insurance company to negotiate and settle for the pharmacy billings of injured workers.

I can also do Administrative tasks like Email Composition and Management Calendar Management, Email Marketing, Internet Research, Data Entry using MS Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets, Generating and Organizing Leads, Creating Landing Page using Mailchimp, Creating Email Flyers using ZOHO CRM, Creating Email Signature using Wise Stamp or an Email Signature made from scratch and Lead Research. I can also manage Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, GSuite and Google Calendar. I can also send Calendar Invites using eMClient and Creating VCard. I also have an Excellent English Language Comprehension and Communication. Additional Skill is Creating Basic Websites using HTML and CSS. 

Lastly, I am a graduate of an Associate Degree in Computer System and Network Technology at AMA Computer Learning Center and Certificate in Computer Applications at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. I also have different experiences in various fields like in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry as a Customer Service Associate and Technical Support Associate at Convergys Mall of Asia, the Pharmacy Industry as a Store Clerk for 2 years, a Medical Transcriptionist and an Encoder, a Project-based Research Assistant, a Lien Collector, a Loan Consultant and an Events Organizer, and I have been working since 2007.

I also took up Creative Web Design and Web Development under TESDA’s Training for Work Scholarship Program at Training Center for Skills and Development Inc. and different Certificate Courses for Virtual Assistance to upgrade my skills as an online freelancer.
